Dr. Paul C. Lee, MD

Dr. Paul C. Lee is an eye physician and surgeon with over 20 years of experience in custom vision correction. A pioneer and a leader, his distinctions include being the first surgeon on the West Coast to offer the most advanced form of Bladeless Wavefront LASIK (VisuMax All-Laser LASIK), being recognized as the top ICL (Implantable Collamer Lens) surgeon in the nation, the first surgeon to perform astigmatism ICL treatment on the West Coast, the first U.S. surgeon to be certified in SMILE, the first surgeon to perform SMILE (Small Incision Lenticule Extraction) on the West Coast, and receiving the Alcon Centurion Surgeon Award. He has presented at the international meetings, and his patients come from all over the world to seek his expertise in custom vision correction.

Dr. Lee is also an expert in premium cataract surgery utilizing the most advanced technology lenses for the highest quality vision and restoring near vision. Dr. Mania Asadourian, OD

Dr. Mania Asadourian (or Dr. A) is a doctor of optometry. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience and physiology and behavior from the University of California, Davis in 2011. Dr. Asadourian then worked as an ophthalmic technician and ophthalmic photographer for two years before starting her graduate program at the University of California, Berkeley School of Optometry. Dr. Asadourian graduated with honors from Optometry school in 2017 and continued her education by completing a yearlong residency at the San Diego Veterans Affairs hospital. She is currently pursuing a fellowship in optometry.

Dr. Asadourian is excited to begin her career at CCRS. She is looking forward to establishing a long-term and close relationship with patients by providing them with the highest standard of care and personal attention in keeping with CCRS philosophy. In addition to working together with Dr. Paul C. Lee in caring for both refractive and medical patients, Dr. Asadourian is highly experienced in optical care such as fitting contact lenses and prescribing glasses.

Dr. Asadourian is a member of San Fernando Valley Optometric Society, California Optometric Society and American Academy of Optometry. She is fluent in English, Armenian, and Farsi. Her hobbies include exploring various cuisine, wine tasting, photography, scuba diving, and jet skiing.
